Returns & Exchanges Policy

- No change-of-mind refunds unless the item is faulty.

- No returns or exchanges on earrings, beauty products, intimates, or swimwear.

- Only full-priced items are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Exchanges

- Accepted within 14 days of purchase.

- Items must be unused, in mint condition, with tags and original packaging.

- Proof of purchase required.

- Exchanges are issued as store credit.

Store Credit

- Valid for 3 months from issue date.

- Customer details must be provided.

Christmas Purchases

- Can be exchanged or credited until 6 January.

- Proof of purchase or gift receipt required.

- All standard conditions apply.

Sale Items

- Discounted items are final sale (no returns or exchanges).
