Exchanges
- Accepted within 14 days of purchase.Items must be unused, in mint condition, with tags and original packaging.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Exchanges are issued as store credit.
Store Credit
- Valid for 3 months from issue date.
- Customer details must be provided.
Christmas Purchases
- Can be exchanged or credited until 6 January.
- Proof of purchase or gift receipt required.
