• No change-of-mind refunds unless the item is faulty.
• No returns or exchanges on earrings, beauty products, intimates, or swimwear.
• Only full-priced items are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
  

Exchanges

• Accepted within 14 days of purchase.Items must be unused, in mint condition, with tags and original packaging.
• Proof of purchase required.
• Exchanges are issued as store credit.

Store Credit

• Valid for 3 months from issue date.
• Customer details must be provided.

Christmas Purchases

• Can be exchanged or credited until 6 January.
• Proof of purchase or gift receipt required.
• All standard conditions apply.
